Since beginning her competitive journey in 2019, Carly has competed in 11 bodybuilding shows, earning multiple Overall titles along the way and securing a Top 8 finish in her IFBB Pro debut. Her passion for the sport extends beyond her own success — since 2021, she has helped women step on stage with confidence and present their absolute best through her coaching business, Center Stage Posing. Her clients have gone on to achieve success at both the amateur and professional levels.
Carly’s journey is defined by resilience as much as achievement. In 2024, just one month after earning her IFBB Pro card, she underwent cranial surgery for Superior Canal Dehiscence Syndrome — a life-changing experience that required her to relearn how to walk and rebuild both physically and mentally. Only seven months later, she returned to the stage for her IFBB Pro debut, demonstrating the perseverance, discipline, and mindset that continue to define both her career and her coaching philosophy. 35x Natural Figure Pro Champion, Courtney began her natural bodybuilding career in 2017 and has since built a name rooted in discipline, authenticity, and leading by example. After transitioning from a career in Physical Therapy, she took a leap into coaching full-time and founded Fitness Freedom — growing the business to two locations in just three years. What started as a one-woman operation has expanded into a team of 9 trainers dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable lifestyles. Through both her coaching and competitive career, Courtney continues to inspire others with her passion for health, growth, and empowering people to become their strongest selves. I have been in bodybuilding since 2020. I have competed in 2 bodybuilding competitions. Starting my journey in 2021 and my last show being in 2024. In the 2024 show I won my class in open bodybuilding and won the overall for classic physique. I have always been in the fitness community with college athletics but really didn’t dive into bodybuilding and supplements until 2020! Since 2023/2024 I have been a proud athlete of New Dawn Nutrition!
Zach Cooke
Riaa has been in the sport of bodybuilding since 2023 and has competed in 2024 and 2025 taking 1st place in her novice class.
In 2025 Riaa has helped multiple women achieve their physique goals through her Lifestyle Online Coaching business and is her biggest passion.
Riaa isn’t only an athlete in the bodybuilding industry but also an endurance athlete where she completed her first half marathon in June 2025 and May 2026 bringing in a person record. She’s also a HYROX athlete and completed her first race as a mixed doubles in Chicago 2025 and most recently completed her Solo Women’s Open debut in 2026 in NYC.
