TAMAARTA Pro, Bikini Athlete

​

Dolores started competing in 2014 that's when I met Brandon at New Dawn Nutrition.  With Brandon and Liz's help she was able to compete in her first competition, the Hearland classic.  She took second place novice and fourth in open bikini.  After that show she became a New Dawn Sponsored Athlete by Brandon.  Her next show was the INBA where she won her class.  At the Bluffs Classic she won open bikini and was very close to winning her Pro Card.  After taking a full year off, Dolores came back to the stage in 2016.  She competed at the TAMAARTA show and won her class.  She was awarded her pro card. Following the TAMAARTA, she competed at the Max classic where she placed fourth.  Her goal in the future is to win her Pro Card in other organizations, as well as,  motivate others in there fitness journey by becoming a personal trainer.

Dolores has competed 5 times as a Bikini Athlete and her goal is to come back as a Figure Athlete.

Dolores is married to Jhonny, they've been married 3 going on 4 years.  He has been a majority support to her in her fitness journey.  She has amazing coaches, Justin and Tina Redding.  She loves to workout, do things outdoors like swimming, bike riding, and fishing.

Dawn has been competing in something ever since she could walk and is very active.  She started competing with horses and in rodeos when she was younger and still makes time to ride today.  Working out came naturally with the physical labor involved with taking care of the horses as well as the physical challenges/dares her stepfather would present to her growing up.  

Dawn started formally lifting in high school but nothing serious until she graduated college.  She was talked into her first bodybuilding show by a co-worker in 2003 and things took off since then. Dawn competed in her first pro show in 2008.  Since 2003 she has explored a lot in the fitness world.  Road races, the Madison Wisconsin Marathon, power lifting and strongman.

Dawn says "I'm grateful for all the experiences over the years and the people I've met.  Without the support of friends, family, and New Dawn Nutrition it would have been a much different journey.  I have been lucky to be surrounded by brilliant, positive, loving people.

IPE Bikini Pro & NPC Bikini Athlete

​Jessica has been competing for 4 years and is an IPE Pro Bikini Athlete. Full time, she is an Account Manager with Aureus Medical and also a Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist at Activ8 Fitness. In addition, Jessica is a weekend bartender and mom of two Siberian Huskies.

Allison was a competitive cheerleader for 11 years.  She started competing in May of 2015.  She won her pro card at the GONC in Omaha, NE in October of 2016.  Allison competed in the IPE Pro in September of 2017 and placed 2nd, allowing her to qualify for the World Championship.  She placed 4th at Worlds!
